Life: I've tried working on three separate parts of the report - all dealing with ArcGIS - and have ended up head-desking at all of them. Triple fail for the win! So I am very much stuck, especially with the professor who helps me out being AWOL. I've done some despairing and some wibbling, which was great. I hate this internship. I really hate its ArcGIS part, which is stalling me like no man's business.

Tomorrow at 10 pm I'll be on ze plaaaaaane to Rome to see my folks, scribbling madly into my notebook to keep up with NaNo. I'll be there until the morning of Nov. 11. Survival is doubtful.

Well excuse me if working on a case anaylsis for 5 hours straight - eating my lunch 'fore the 'puter - and then discussing it for 2 hours and then taking a 30 minute break before a grueling while of Abdominal Training followed by Ye Grocery Shopping and Ye Feeding and Hygiene ritual brings us to 11 pm leaves me tired. Apparently I'm a shitty lightweight.

Writers, just one thing: WTF kind of messed up stereotypic "African man" shit do you have going on? I find myself expecting kangaroos to jump by hand-in-hand with apaloosa's carrying the Great Book of Sterotypes and punching the shit out of the God of Sociology, his pet rock (Mr. Common Sense, the Third), and burning down his Great Shack of Geography. Nothing was accurate! Nothing! Not even one simple thing! I'm so confused my brain's going to implode!
