Went out yesterday with Elisa to Einstein's for the Sinterklaas International Student night thingy. There was much drinking of fermented drinks and I have confirmed my love for G&Ts. Got quite tipsy.

The effects of said tipsyness may have been why, despite drinking litres of water and eating carbs, I woke up panting in the wee hours of the morning with my stomach doing interpretative dance. However, I've woken up like that before thanks to random flu bugs. Fun times. And considering I still feel like crap, and have all day, I'm going to go with the "it's not a hangover, it's a virus" diagnosis. Despite really, really trying, my stomach's been moving everything in the right direction. I did have an awful bout of cold-sweat-and-hot-flashes in the morning (oh, how I love bathroom floors!) but I've been heachachey all day. Right now I feel like an overheated beached whale, just pulsating and radiating while my brain squishes itself into a corner. :(

I was, however, greatly amused by Jon Stewart's Dec. 2 show, what with the "Fuck the fuckers!" response to the Mumbai terrorists, his adorable dancing or Anne Hathaway and all her girl-and-guy-friends declaring a crush on him. :D
