Have done pretty much zilch today. Have to go to Consulate tomorrow so they can give me a signature saying that the signature I got in Ottawa (saying the signature on my diploma is real) in real.

Hate red tape.

Jo is as hard to get a hold of as always. Have to ask her what we'll be doing so I can pack accordingly.

Just watched Ep 3: Revenge of the Sith. Must admit laughed at the totally inappropriate places and rolled my eyes a number of times at the dialogue. For f's sake, "you're breaking my heart"? "You were the chosen one"? way to whine, Obi. Acting was seriously hampered by dialogue.

And by the way...Obi is a son of a b*tch. He's all "I love you like a brother" then "Hey, I think I'll leave to get set on fire by volcanic lava while you moan in pain with only one servicable limb, most of which is robotic anyway. Yes, I'll just walk away". Jerk.

And GLucas should stop cutting his scenes. Especially with stupid little squares, diagonales, circles and the lot. A scene should last more than two sentences, foo'!

I did, however, enjoy Grievious, hacking cough and everything. He had a nifty "face" and clawed feet. What's not to love?

The mostly-off-screen child-massacre? (Or "younglings".) Evil. I mean, I understand how killing mostly-defenceles kiddies would help to turn Anakin into an unfeeling butcher, but really, fighting wise? Not a challenge, ergo not impressive. It was just a way for Sid to put his moral compass or whatever to the grinder.

Might just need to revisit the Sith Academy for some Star Wars therapy. (Or, y'know, hot angsty slash. Whatever.) By the by, giggled like a fiend when Anakin (more correctly, Vader) did his little "NoooOOOOoooOOO!!!" Ah, Sith Academy, how I adore you.

Despite the 20 minutes that I ever watched of AotC, where I found teen!Anakin to be an annoying pain in every way, kinda liked looking at him (when he wasn't in over-angst mode, which was, like, always). Appreciated the no-shirt scene. Although, perhaps am starved for hot guys?

In that case, a renting of Pitch Black* (and XXX...and Fast and the Furious...) as well as a viewing of Mr and Mrs Smith may cure.

Uuugh hummanah.
