Why, that is a long list indeed! Although I don't know any of the movies except for Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. *shifty eyes*

I always felt like I needed to watch The Dark Knight, although I'm not incredibly interested – people are laughing at me, however, and since it's supposed the "greatest movie ever" I figured it wouldn't hurt to see what all the talk is about. I'm also toying with the idea of starting with Lost, since I know there will be incessant woe the moment I'm done with all the episodes of Torchwood. Yep, 'tis my new obsession! I wouldn't have ever thought I'd love it so much, it borders on the obscene. I mean, I've caught it on TV this one time and thought it was absolutely ridiculous and whatnot BUT NOW I'M WONDERING HOW I COULD'VE.

Do you happen to have watched something cool lately and want to spread the joy? I've a weekend to kill, it's insanely hot out there!

Also: I've really missed you! Hope you're doing okay, sweets! ♥

Oh, that's the short list, the one I've only just started keeping. There's lots and lots of other movies that've come out over the years and missed.

The Dark Knight is good. Like, really good. It's got some okay bits, can be split a bit into two movies dealing with two central characters, but for the Joker and his of awesome socks, go watch it. Plus, explosions go boon in pretty pretty ways :)

Wee, you're a Torchwood viewer! \o/ I watched it a while ago and thought it was hilarious fun (if a bit frustrating sometimes in the story department). I even grew to love a character I initially hated (Owen). Plus, it's got a hot guy in a three-piece suit, which I'm always game for ;) Once you get to the Season 2 finale, though, get kleenex. Once you watch the Children of Earth mini-season, get yourself a whole truckload of kleenex. Tell me what you think about it!

Lost has hot guys tragically missing in the shirt department, Irish accents, snark and sass, fights and sexy scenes, deviously and delisciously awesome villains, and is amazing. Watch it now, woman! (And once you do, start checking out [livejournal.com profile] ack_attack's recaps (http://www.theackattack.net/?cat=24), although skip the pilot ones because she did those after watching other seasons, so major massive spoilers abound.)

Me, I've been pretty much glued to True Blood (track down the books (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Southern_Vampire_Mysteries)), which starts of a bit like Torchwood in that it's hilarious and light fun except with vampires and murders and graphic sex and finger-nail-biting cliffhangers very single episode. Also, oh hai sexy somewhat evil yet incredible sexy vampire (http://image3.examiner.com/images/blog/EXID29830/images/eric_northman.jpg). I'm sure you'll love it :)

I've also finally watched the film Moon which was awesome. (Futuristic thriller about a guy working for three years on the moon all alone, until someone shows up, except they can't possibly be there, and madness and identity crises and fights and lovable computers occur.)

Omg I'm missed you too! And I'm also meeeeelting! Stupid heat wave :(
