How did I not use Placebo's "Infra-Red" for the Time for Something Biblical fanmix? Argh. Oh well, there's always the sequel. (I love how planning to do Nanowrimo can give me a sense of accomplishment while at the same time legitimizing procrastination: "I'm going to write so much but I can't write now because it's not November!")

Speaking of fanmixes, I found the lyrics to a couple of awesome songs by A Bloody Canvas - A Car Crash Caused By Karma and At Least I Forget Dreams When I Wake Up. The first is perfect for the flashback scene of Steve bleeding out in the car, while the second is perfect for Time the Wolves Came Home (which is going to be Nanowrimo 2011, so help me gods). Trouble is, all I can find is the lyrics to the songs, nothing more. It's like the band doesn't exist beyond that. I've asked over on musiclovers and ask_me_anything and even PM'd the user who posted a bunch of the lyrics, but I have little hope of ever actually getting to hear the songs. Feh.

I poked around on the internets a bit in search for A Bloody Canvas, but since their myspace profile says they never were signed, you're probably not likely to find anything than live records anyway, if even that. :S There are a hell of a lot of their lyrics out their, which I find strange if they're not signed. *confused little seschat is confused and not helpful at all*

The A Bloody Canvas thing was annoying the hell out of me because the lyrics seemed pretty cool - in an apocalyptic, "Oh woes, death!" sort of way - and damn it, the title A Car Crash Caused By Karma is freakin' awesome! The same goes for
Underoath's I've Got Ten Friends And A Crowbar That Says You Ain't Gonna Do Jack (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FEIVOK7tMMM), except the song itself is disappointingly bad heavy metal screaming.

The only song of Underoath I ever liked was Reinventing Your Exit, which is an awesome title as well IMO, (and also, hits my and we already know that the story can change, at the roll of a dice reality rearranges kink pretty damn hard), but otherwise, screamo, meh, does not want. And A Bloody Canvas's lyrics do sound awesome indeed, but why no audioooo D:
