Supernatural, 5x04:

Future!Dean's got an extra low gravelly voice and holy gods is it sexy. Also, like I noticed in the first and second seasons, Dean's got the angry and serious "Listen to Dad and do as you're told" tone of voice down pat.

Future!Dean tells Present!Dean to say yes? Not to go on and talk to Sam? What happened to you, Future!Dean, puppy?

"Whatever we have between us - love, family, whatever it is," - Dean's pause before love practically slapped the slash goggles on my face. Oh, Samndean. ♥

For maybe the first time (ignoring his scared puppy face at the brothel) I found Castiel utterly adorable. He's so cute in the cell phone scene, and I rather like Future!Cas too (although oh, it's so tragic it hurts). When we first see Future!Cas setting up the orgy? Oh, darling! (And scruffy, which suits him nicely.) Future!Cas might've had a good laugh with Crowley and oh gods I did not just get that mental image, damnation. I've lost my writing muse, plotbunnies! Go away! (For the record, I adored Cas' vessel, Johnny or Jimmy or whatsit.)

I know it's not what Zachariah's going on about, but the first thing I thought when he talked about Dean's recent actions and choices, I thought of his cutting off Sam. It was the most recent, ground-shaking decision. But no, Zachariah means Dean's "Just say no to life as an angel-condom" choice.

How awesome is Dean vs Dean? I really love watching how Dean interacts with himself, or the more tecnical "how Jensen acts with a stand-in, does both sides of the conversation and pulls of a slightly different version of the character". Granted, I adoredShapeshifter!Dean and Demon!Dean. (Maybe I just like Evil!Dean?) Whatev's, Future!Dean breaks my heart a bit, and feels older, more worn.

And kudos have to be given to Jared as well, because that was one damn fine Lucifer. He was perfect. That sad, gloating, gentle devil!smile... (And oh sweet gods that was so the Suite!Verse Sam of leonidaslion. Unf. Life is good.)

It's adorable how easily Dean goes on about Future! and Present!Deans as "We".

It's rather telling that seeing the demonzobiepocalypse didn't really throw Dean (or break him) but that one word about Sammy maybe not being okay and he's down.

At first I misheard Future!Dean'd been in James' cabin, and I did a little pause-gasp-squee dance. But no, it was Jane's. It would've been awesome. And has to be written. Damnit. I'm seeing it as being all introspective character-studyish. Argh.

Damn you, Jensen! Why you cry so heartbreakingly! Just take my heart and stomp on it already!

Also, scruffy!Dean is delish. And Present!Dean looks so old and tired and sad at Lucifer's "See you in five years". Oh puppy...

There were a lot of lines I had to jot down for icon-making. This is important to say, because I haven't made icons in months. Maybe all year (apart from 2 meme ones).


Thanks to recent interest (and a jump-starting dream), I've been taking to delving into the True Blood fandom. I've also been checking out interviews (mainly Alex Skarsgard, because he's the Spike of the show, and we all know what that does to me). He's really rather adorable (that UInterview clip I linked to before had me falling in love with his constant eyebrow action). I squeed a bit at this (totally paparazzi, oh gods can't see the man's busy?) interview of Skarsgard, where he's asked about the Twilight vampires. He thinks they're cute and adorable. And so is he :)

There's also the below-embedded interview of Alex Skarsgard, Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer (aka the love-triangle members) where they're all very adorable and Anna gets all my squee for slashing Eric/Bill.

Also, apparently Skarsgard's really whopping famous in Sweden and the son of Sweden's most famous actor (according to my recent article scanning and the like). He's also been in some USA movie and television, such as Generation Kill (which I'd never heard of until now but was apparently a very good mini-series).
