Over on sickle_stories, I've been working on gathering quotes for the essay I swear I will totally write some day, Real Heroes Give Up: On Personal Sacrifice for the Cause. It's all still very preliminary (what with most of the shows being dead and gone and dusty in my memory bank), but if you guys have any examples, feel free to share 'em. (Credit will be given, obviously. I am a student: crediting is practically instinct by now.)

There's also a crack!idea and more on the SPN/Threshold concept.

Those contents have sort of sucked up all my time for this evening.

In other news:

a) Have an oral exam tomorrow on the Textbook Self Study thing.

b) My arm's itching like a bugger. (Yay last rabies vaccine!) *writhes and squirms*
