Having realized that Eric Roberts was both TDK's Salvatore "Sally" Maroni and Heroes Thompson means that a crossover has to happen. Come on. In one he's the bossman of a mafia, in the other he'sthe a bossman in The Company. Both have wicked-ass heroes and villains. Where's the crossover fic?!? (And not just for his character. General crossovers might just rock my socks off.)
I think one thing that's making it hard to accept Heath Ledger's death - apart from the total "random accident" unfairness of it all - is that we can still watch him live and breathe on the screen, still discover interviews, and that reminder of the vitality has a sharp edge. It's like picking at a scab.
In other news, most days this week I haven't had lunch. I've been getting on coffee and the small vending machine snack. I'm one article away from finishing the Self study readings. (Totally random, but I find it damn impossible to type "-rnments" correctly. This is really fucking up my transcription-of-notes-fu.) Then it's the Project Proposal and Science-Based Business course on Monday (blargh). I'm going to take a nice long (ha!) break now, eith my coffee and crackers and lovely airplane socks (it's bitter cold here) and A Knight's Tale.

A Knight's Tale Part 1 of 13 - FTW! (I share my squee between Heath Ledger, Alan Tudyk, Paul Bettany and Mark Addy. Why have I never watched this film? Why did I miss out on the Student Night showing at McG?)
Brokeback Mountain Part 1 of 15 - The sound goes off every few seconds making the film only watchable for the pretty. The user dugsterr also has Love, Actually and Hannibal Rising. (Sound quality unverified.)

"CROC! Stop pouring glitter on Two-Face's outfit! HATTER, stop gluing Batman head sketches to both sides of his coin! You know how he gets when both sides aren't different! Christ, what is it, 'annoy Two-Face' day-? HEY, stop trying to melt Freeze's ice sculpture of Nora! He's going to freeze your ass shut if you do it again, and I think I might let him- OH CHRIST WHO LET JOKER HAVE PENCILS!?"
