Josie sent me this link to a vid showing the inner life of a cell. It's actually quite pretty and neat. Personally, I just want to hug the carrier proteins. They look like little double-headed worms, albeit a bit weighed down by the huge sphere they're lugging around. So cursed double-headed worms.

My friends page (minus the community posts) seems a bit empty of late. Everyone ok? Swamped with work? Alive?
