Possibility of new LJ

bending_sickleI've been considering putting up a new LJ for my fics, 'cause I've been toying with the (probably highly unhealthy) possibility of sharing some of that with people I wouldn't want to read my LJ.
Which is to say, blood relatives.
Not that they'd care. I know that. Mom's been riling at me against fanfiction ever since I discovered it,s aying how a time'sucker it is (well, she's right, but it ain't all bad). So to avoid the temptation of having her and others read this LJ or find it or whatever, and just to have my fics in one collection, I'm going forward with the plan.
Now I need a name.
Going with the Shakespear-thingy I've got going, I thought maybe "never_writ", from the same sonnet as my LJ-name, which goes "if this be error and upon me proved / I never writ, nor no man ever loved".
I realize it is utterly uncool and therefore am open to any suggestions. "sickle_stories" is another lousy option, but an option nonetheless.
C'mon people, get back on the freakin' internet already! Stop lounging around like little lizards and post, comment, or in any other way entertain me.
On a gleeful note, the story entries would have their own little icon-themes. Like one for fandom, one for whether it's romance or action or whatnot... Ooh! There'ss o much I could do with that...

Date: 2006-08-10 05:03 pm (UTC)but this is probably because i can't imagine showing MY family my fanfiction (well, if i currently wrote it. and if i did, i guess i would probably show my sister. but that's different.)
it might be nice to have a different lj for writing, though, because then it's all organized in one place and easier for you to access.
i am le suck at naming blogs though, so i can't help you there. never_writ sounds cool but i don't think it suits a writing blog.
