Impermanently deceased
May. 28th, 2006 10:33 pmCthulhu movie!
Now I have to read the stories, as opposed to Neil Gaiman's wonderful "Shogolth's old peculiar" and "Study in green".
Anyone familiar with either? I'm a bit acquainted with the general concepts of the Ancients, but am miffed as to how you can make a movie from a short story.
Speaking of which, anyone watch the movie based on Ray Bradbury's "A sound of thunder"? (Read his novel From the dust returned. Think it's one of my fave's, after Fahrehneit 451, because the style is quirky but readable, as opposed to some of his short stories.)
Since we're on the "book -> movie" subject, must watch "Something wicked this way comes" and "Cujo".
And get my hands on some eps of Mystery Theatre 3K (MS3K).
