I feel your pain. Soon, I will be experiencing the ancient English form of torture known as tea-and-inadequacy, when your grandfather attributes everything in your life not going well to your body weight.

But, surely the tea helps a bit, doesn't it? (Unless you're forced to drink gallons of the stuff and are then kept from facilities. That would be mean.)
