Interview went alright, except for the fact that it wasn't about an internship but rather a volunteership, which has a nasty clause of your not being able to work for Organization for a period of 6 months after your volunteership, which would result in basically one year having to pass before I have a shot of actually working there for cash, and the volunteership was for the communication's department of a sustainable development project.

So yeah, no thanks, not for now, at least. I'm looking for a job or something directly related to my studies or something that could help me out in the near future, and this was frankly none of the above.

And the annoying thing is that my email explicitly said I was interested in an internship, and during the phone call they also explicitly said that they'd gotten my email about an internship and wanted to talk to me about it. But then it turns out their department or project doesn't do internships ever and they wanted me for a volunteership, which doesn't make sense and results in a waste of time for them and for me. If they'd just said this on the phone or in an email, then we could've seen we weren't on the same page. Just, argh, people.

Oh, and Torchwood. As much as I grew to love it, it could have benefited from some help in some of the monsters, storylines, and overall tone of the thing. Also, Jack. He needed to keep the Doctor Who angst and attitude.

Doctor Who's The Doctor and any companion, because I love them all. Working TARDIS is a must, however.

Dharma and Greg's Dharma, no question.

Day 28: Character you think smells yummy, and what do they smell of?

What? What kind of question is this? Why are people so obsessed with how fictional characters smell? Like that awful meme of Buffy smelling like vanilla, or Willow smelling like strawberries (granted, that one's cannon - if you're a crazy doped-up warlock).

But, for the sake of argument, Misfits Simon smells like cream. Because that's all I could think of in this scene, particularly with the lighting.
