I have never been so happy*
Feb. 7th, 2011 11:41 pmMeme: Good Things:
Day 4 - Thing 1: OMG. Aadslkfjsoefj! Slkdjfgosierf! Eeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Thing 2: My internship supervisor brought me something from Argentina!

Closes snazzily with a pressure pin.

Of course, it's a tad big because my wrists were just not made for bracelets.
Thing 3: Pillars of the Earth Parts 2 and 3 and the sexy, sexy men it has.

Tom Builder, played by Rufus Sewell

Prior Philip, played by Matthew McFadyen (and he's got a Welsh accent! *swoons*)
Thing 4: I edited my CV! WHOOT WHOOT, MOTHER-LOVERS! Whoot the shit out of that thing \o/
* Common expression

Date: 2011-02-08 08:48 pm (UTC)The Welsh accent on the guy who plays Philip basically makes me melt. I keep having Torchwood's Jack voice in my head, saying, "Ianto! I need to hear those beautiful Welsh vowels!"
And by the way, if you haven't watched (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Pillars_of_the_Earth_%28TV_miniseries%29) (or in fact, read (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Pillars_of_the_Earth)) The Pillars of the Earth, I highly suggest you do so. Pretty men, pretty horses, and a hell of a lot of backstabbing.
How did your Spanish exam go? And good luck with the Math exam! *snuuuuuugles*

Date: 2011-02-09 07:28 pm (UTC)I haven't either watched or read The Pillars of the Earth, though we own the book. My mother recommended it to me like whoa and I heard much praise about the movie, so yeah, maybe I'll give it a go some day. However, I have to admit I'm not a fan of historical novels. ;p
Please don't ask about the exams. I feel so crestfallen at the moment, there is just so much fail. idkidk what to do. :|
*huggles up to you* Hope you're doing fine, my sweetheart. *GLOMPS*

I'm doing okay :) Been busy with the CV (it's now fully in Italian!) and mom's leaving for Spain tomorrow for a few days, and THERE'S ANOTHER BLOODY METRO AND BUS STRIKE TOMORROW AAAAARGH. *winds back her alarm clock to crazy-early o'clock*
*MOAR HUGS*

Date: 2011-02-10 06:16 pm (UTC)CV's are evil. Writing one up, or streamlining it, feels like vanquishing some gigantic troll from the snowy peaks of far off lands. There has to be a lot of \o/ after messed around with one ;)
