SICKLE: *opens fridge to put chicken away*

MOTHER: So, what ice cream do you want?

SICKLE: *with back turned and having never seen new ice cream purchase* What flavours are there?

MOTHER: WHAT ICE CREAM DO YOU WANT?

SICKLE: *turns and looks at ice cream box filled with various unknown flavours* *considers that one cannot say what flavour one wants unless one knows what flavours are there* I don't know - what flavours are those?

MOTHER: *apparently under the impression that there's a heat-activated bomb in the ice cream which means it cannot be out of the freezer for more than a millisecond* WHAT FUCKING FLAVOUR DO YOU WANT?!?! TELL ME THE FUCK NOW! NOW, BITCH!

SICKLE: Jesus fucking Christ on wheels! I DON'T KNOW! WHAT FLAVOUR IS THAT?!? WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO, POINT AND HOPE?

MOTHER: *GRR ARGH*

SICKLE: Look, just give me the scoop, I'll serve my own damn ice cream.

MOTHER: FUCK NO!

SICKLE: FINE, FUCK IT! I DON'T WANT ANY FUCKING ICE CREAM!

MOTHER: GOOD!

SICKLE: WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?

MOTHER: KEEP THAT UP AND THERE'LL BE ONE MORE PERSON YOU WON'T BE SPEAKING TO!

SICKLE: YOU'RE NOT MAKING ANY SENSE! YOU'RE YELLING AT ME OVER ICE CREAM! WHAT THE FUCK!

MOTHER: *eyes to heaven*

Apparently it was all based over this massive concern over not opening the freezer door too often or something, because the entire country is currently melting in heat wave after heat wave. This I understand (although, hey, the door can be shut). The shouting, I do not understand. (Unless it's the heat driving us all up the wall?)
