Try again later. Try harder. Try, try, try again. Don´t try so hard. Try today, right now. All day. Every day. For the rest of your life.

Try getting up in the morning and doing what ever little it is that you have to do, and do try carring about it.

Try not to care too much.

Try not to get tired of trying.

...Ok, emo is now out of my system. Kinda. Fuck.

Went to FNAC (quiasi-Chapters) and checked out their Serenity DVD version. It´s just the one disc, and I might be ok with that (provided I later - someday - get the other disc* that all the Australians are huggling right now) except I have the sneaking suspicion it doesn´t have the easter egg ("We´ll have a fruity oaty good time").

*peeved*

Oh, because obviously, brother commented that I might want to think about getting the European version (Region 1) desite it being all ugly because the cover´s in Spanish and that is just wrong says I because of the extra features.

Think if the Region 4 has the easter egg, might consider getting it off amazon.com. If I can bloody find it.

C´mon, like I buy a lot of stuff anyway.

There´s this scene in my head that I considering putting to words when I was sleepy in the bus. I´ll write it down now , behind the cut because it might be awful. (And by scene I mean all of two minutes of non-action.) Warning: may just end up being melodramatic. And/or suck.

She wakes up alone. She doesn´t immediately reach out to any still-warm pillows, as heroines always seemed to do. Instead, she rolls over on her side and looks at the empty space beside her for a moment before checking the time.

She lies still for a while after that, just waiting.

It´s been three hours since the phone call.

She listens but can´t hear anything.

Eventually she does get up and tip toes to the open bedroom door, pausing to run a hand through her hair, then makes her way to the kitchen.

He´s leaning on the counter, his back to her. He´s wearing the same white sleeveless undershirt he dropped by her bed the night before, its cloth almost transparent with repeated washings.

He´s so still at first, but he´s just holding his breath. As she watches from the doorway, he takes one shuddering breath, after another, short gasps that make his back twitch. Then he holds his breath again. She watches him as he struggles to keep still, as he clenches the muscles of his arms, leans on them heavily before forcing them to relax again.

He lowers his head after one long exhale. He holds his breath. All she can see now is the skin of his nape which is indeed as soft as it looks. He gasps again and she steps towards him, wraps her arms about his heaving chest and leans into him.

She doesn´t say anything and he doesn´t turn around or raise his head, but with each hitched breath he manages to take in two or three deep ones, and eventually he breathes easy again.

Re: K´s previous comment: Hmm... Although Star Wars/Firefly crossovers aren´t unheard of (usually featuring Han Solo and the Rebels - it really is sort of the same situation for both crews) I´d never thought about putting Maul there...

That would be... Oh, wow. Wierd.

And strange.

*mind is blown*

Although, there are quite successful Harry Potter/Firefly crossovers, which is shocking in and of itself. And, of course, Buffy and/or Angel crossed with Firefly, but that´s too be expected. (And it works fine, duh.)

* What the fuck is wrong with these people, giving different areas different versions of DVD´s? Gah! Soooo frustrated. And I haven´t even watched the damn thing yet.
