I'm back to being bored in the computer lab, reading Classics in Environmental Science and procrastinating. Oh, how I have not missed this. I seem to have skipped lunch, too, but only because I stretched breakfast into noon, by which time I finally got dressed and skedaddled. Oh, and I posted Green and Purple Argyle, Of All Things to darkknightfic. Response has been awesome - I keep breaking out into squee and surprise that, yes, people did like it.

Yay! for story getting great reviews! I was tempted to un-flock my entry, but then I realised I was leaving an opinion of 'meh' open to TDK fans at large...and that scares me *meep face normally reserved for naked mole rats - see TV squick post for details*

I am forwarding the link for humiliating parenting moments to my mum and my auntie Pat in the hopes that Lana and I will be forgiven for the incident where we stood on a table at a very posh do - at the age of six and both looking angelic in our best clothes - and told the following joke:

We were adorable at that age XD Especially when standing up at important functions in order to regale our adult audience with slightly dirty jokes!

See, even the Mole Rat from Kim Possible freaks me out. Not nearly as much as the real thing, but I'm still creeped out by it *shudder*

I'm not actually that bad with other hairless creatures (I wouldn't own one because...ew), it's just naked mole rats that freak me the fuck out. I think it might be the front teeth and the scrabbly-scrabbly together with the wrinkly and the naked...

*shudder*

edit: I also checked the date but not the month of the cleolinda post you linked to and replied to someone re: the Riddler, so now I look like a scary weirdo. Awesum :(

lol, It's okay, it's not your fault! I checked the damn day (20th, hey cleolinda must have just watched this too! Awesome!) and for some reason didn't look at the month until page three and then was like ACK! It wasn't even a direct reply to cleolinda, but to someone who liked Jim Carrey's Riddler.

But anyway... Cuddly weirdos are good I guess XD
