There is no icon 9.
I don't quite know about the "dragon chasing" text. It seemed like the thing to say... I never actually got to watch From Hell (all of it, at least), depsite wanting to. That's VHS for you, screwing up when recording. Anywho, I do recall he was quite high on opium in the first scene. So naturally my brain went opium -> dragon chasing. Of course.
And then I have to go to imdb and find that I am, in fact, not insane and that the expression of "chasing the dragon" is completely appropriate. *points at header quote*
