I'm also mercifully back in the "Buh, wha?" zone, after *endless blubbering, the kind where you collapse in a heap anywhichway and bawl and it fucking hurts and you can't do anything at all* and a day of "I willnae cry, I willnae cry, I- *sniffle* *walks faster* I willnae cry till I get home."
I had my first day of Seminar today, which was just a half hour meeting about how much work they expect us to do and how much it's going to suck. Saw loads of people I knew from other classes and totally failed at talking at all - both to people and in the general "introduce yourself to the class" bit. Had trouble putting words together even afterwards with a chick from Barcelona who's on exchange.
I printed stuff. Some pdfs even came out with text on them. Would you look at that. *kicks printer* That's the grand total of work I've done.
I bought garlic sauce noodles, because I figured I deserved something more than a microwaved egg and salad as the sum total of food for the day. And oranges. I'm going to shuck on my coat again and go to the supermarket before I break down again and buy milk, bread and chocolate. Maybe other stuff, but that list is a definate one.
I give up, folks. Honestly, I do. I don't think I can drag my feet through this program successfully and even if I do, what do I do after? Aw, fuck, waterworks. Gotta scram and get food before I look worse.
ETA: I would totally appreciate shiny happy things and links and kittens-inna-teapot and inapropriate macros and sexy men being sexy and hamsters rolling over pianos and shit like that. Share 'em if you got 'em.
