Chocolate sprinkles on toast is awesome. They don't, however, make up for having spent the entire day walking to and fro places for hours, culminating in a 10 minute chat with my supervisor. (Oh, and I bumped into Lander. Why do I always bump into him when I'm ready to burst into tears?) I haven't done an ounce of work yet - I've been home for 2 hours now - and I need to scrounge up some 10 slides for Friday's presentation. I'm trying to swing into the yay side of the emotional spectrum, or even the whoo, functional, but mostly I'm in the blah, let's never move again and in the wee!, sudden weeping!. Gah.
I finished watching the (strike-curtailed) season of Terminator: the Sarah Connor Chronicles. Our little Heroes' Zach is quite the actor, I must say. (Also? Pretty. Very. It's the hair**.) The thing is, though, I'm kind of drowning in lust for Brian A. Green, even if his eyes are a bit zombie-dull. Just lookit! *YouTube fu* *fu fails* Ok, I was planning on posting (once I have it made) a clip from T: TSCC, but I'm going to have to add to that the shower scene. *eyebrow waggle* It's these little things that make life livable, sometimes.
But now I have no TV. Ashes to Ashes isn't up, and it's not Lostursday yet. *pout*
Links of the Day:
Lovecraft Sites: Necromonicum, Temple of Cthulhu (audio and other goodies).
Blog: Monster Brains (books' art scans)
Neil Gaiman's Sandman, or Morpheus, listed 17 on a list of Favorite Immortals. Kensei's on it, too.
Serenity and others, including Empire Strikes Back, sorely ignored by List of 50 Best SF Movies.

** ETA: Ok, no, it's not just the hair.
