Fuck! Why can't I catch a goddamn break? I may've been considering moving out come summer, but for the love of deity! Rental termination! Aaaaaaah! Whyyyy??? Karma, what the fuck have I done for you to hate me so?

Dear tenants,

Please pay good attention to this mail.

Yesterday I received a letter from the Municipal of the Hague forcing me to terminate all the rental contracts with you at the beginning of April !

Some inspectors of the Municipal have visited the apartment on 16 Jan. & 1 Feb. and talked with one or more tenants. After that, they conclude that the apartment is rented not conform the Municipal regulations and therefore they demand me to stop renting the apartment and giving me until the 1s week of April the time to have the tenants moving out of the apartment.

As a matter of facts, when the apartment was bought, the former owner always rented the 4 rooms in the same way. I was told that this is conform the regulations of the Municipal. Now in the letter of the Municipal, they emphasize that the regulations are violated and I certainly have no choice but to obey their enforcement.

I truly understand this will cause a lot of trouble to most of you, and I feel very sorry about that. Next week, I'll contact the Municipal to see whether they can give us more time to empty the apartment. However, please understand the urgency of the situation and try to prepare for the worst case situation that you have to leave the apartment by the first week of April 2008.
