Well...I'm back.

The return to lovely ol' Spain has been somewhat distressing. ( Click for distress, useless roommates and thievery. )

The other half of my time here has been spent in bed. Either lying there in exhaustion all afternoon Saturday, waking in disorientation swearing I was in To (but still knwoing I couldn't be) then having my heart break a little at the mirage, sleeping over 17 hours into Sunday afternoon, then come Sunday night, sleeping from 11 to 12:30 then having a delightful stretch of 5 hours of insomnia.

Currently, I'm an envelope and stamp away from sending out a request for more GRE Bio results (at which I rule, see below) and noting that Maryland won't even open my application if I don't send them a Finances Form (which I havn't sent, but will try and figure out very, very soon).

Needless to say, not happy to be back. Fortunately, still somewhat dazed, so it hasn't quite hit me yet.

I've read up on metaquotes till Dec. 26, read some backdated ljer's posts (poor, poor dear darthmaligna), I've checked out university finances stuff for Mass. and Mary, I've emailed mom, I've filled out the GRE request form. That's been my first day at work. I still have another hour to go, then I need to go send mail, get groceries, get obscene amounts of money for rent and expenses, then possibly do something else which I've now forgotten.

Bugger.

Coworker had to show me the trailer before I'd actually believe him, but there's a movie coming out about killer sheep. Seriously. The style's a bit like Slither, in that it's humerous horror (because they are, in fact, killer sheep. Sheep!).
