Next, I eat the banana
Oct. 27th, 2006 02:48 pmHad the brilliant idea of entering "Monty Python" in the search field for YouTube, resulting in this clip of a self-defense class. Ah, Monty, how I've missed you. Now watching them poking fun at Hitler in England.
I watched Pan's Laberyth (clicky for trailer) yesterday and a)cried steadliy throughout most of it and b) cringed behind my hands for the rest. I don't think I'll ever get the scene with the bottle, the nose and the teeth out of my head anytime soon. I kept mentally yelling at the camera to look away so I could too. The best bit, though, is the utterly creepy monster with the melting-wax body and no eyes - well, no eyes in his face, at least. That is one creepy bastard. (Come to think of it, somewhat like the Silent Hill buggers...) Go here for stills and the wonderful music and lullaby.
Australia's being ravaged by crocodiles, according to the Metro channel, and I can't help smiling in glee. Bet the miss Steve now.
PS: Further QasF vids are here and here, there and everywhere.
