It's hard to overstate my satisfaction.*
Dec. 14th, 2007 09:37 pmOne last Sylar&Spike comparison, before this eats my brain completly.
Both Sylar and Spike steal a distinctive article of clothing off of one of their victims and immediately wear it.
Meet Conviniently-Labeled Victim:

Ingredients:
1) Ramones:

2) Sleeve-thing:

Now, our Trend Thief:

Yes, you! Don't be shy!
Ingredient 1: Ramones? Check.

Closer!
Sylar has to be one hell of a Ramones fan to wear that shirt fresh off a corpse. Although, as we never see the actual killing of Zane, for all we know they were foolin' around prior to The Finger of Death.
...oh gods. Is that... Zane/Sylar, yes it is. Oh dears. I'd test out Rule 34, but I've only got a little bit of sanity left.
Fortunately, Zane's volunteered to test this theory out. Grabby little bugger isn't he?

Ingredient 2: Sleeve-thingy? Check.

Note how they've not the exact same sleeves. This is because Sylar has yet to acquire super dry-cleaning powers:

Meet Niki Wood:

See Trend-Thievery in Progress:

Now the Trend Thief:

I completely understand Spike's actions, because that is one damn fine coat.
