You came back for me?*
Oct. 27th, 2007 09:30 pmThat's how we roll!*
That's it. I'm bleedin' tired of writing this paper, jotting down notes, reading articles (in entirely the opposite order). I'm also tired of flipping through YouTube for decent music. (Because I have a great dislike for Dutch radio commercials and all the CD's I brought are utter crap.)
In approximately 3 hours - damnit - I will be reveling in the glory that is Heroes 2x01. And trying to figure out why the acronym HRG is being used for Mr. Bennet. His Royal Greatness? He's Real Nice? How Rats Gravitate?) I haven't had a TV experience since watching Dr Who's finale weeks ago. Come on.
I still have to finish Lost's 3rd season, but apart from the delightful mind-manipulating smooth bastard that is Ben, I've really got nothing to look forward to. (Well, ok, I also like Juliet, but not her "I am so supremely evil it's scary" moments.)
Also: Dear roommates, please stop singing crappy romantic songs in high-pitched voices. While amusing, it is also annoying. Oh, and screaming is right out.
I'm on my 4th gatorade-sized bottle of water of the day. (Thankfully, odds are exceptionally low that it'll make me go insane or kill me outright.) To take a line from
ursulav: "I'm coming down with something - sore throat, mucus membranes feel drier than the Dead Sea Scrolls, headache". Definately Dead Sea Scroll humidity going on here. *glug* And my ears ain't happy dumplins neither. Oooh, here comes the headache...
ETA: We're now up to3 hrs 1 hr 41 min 2 hr 9 min 1 hr 4 min 1 hr 57 min ah, fuckit. Ah, computers, the only place where time isn't linear.
ETA2: 2 hr 10 min. *grumble* 27.7% :(

Irrational Fears,
ursulav's comic, feautring a chupacabra as herself, about exactly what it says on the tin. (Clicky for next page.)
William Stiteler, who went to watch the upcoming Spanish film El orfanato (The Orphanage), writes about it, spoiler-free.
