And the kangaroos are like, "WTF, mate?"*
Sep. 8th, 2007 12:20 amToday, Friday, at 3:46 pm, my course coordinator sends me the following:
The course GRS will start next Monday and you are all expected at the Sterrewachtlaan in the small lecture room...
That's right. Up until now, I had no idea when or where my MOnday class was.
Is this the way to run a university, people? I think not.
Also, note what he adds at the end:
On 20-21-24-27 September there will be fieldwork (not for animal biology). You will need rainclothes, a bike and binoculars.
I do not have a bike. I was hoping on maybe not buying one, or if so, taking my sweet time finding a second-hand one that was one of those tiny bikes that actually fold (yes! fold! in half!) so I could take it on the train without being charged (yes! charged!).
So now I need a bike. For a course. Soon.
*tries to make angry smiley* *fails* *grr*
I also neither have binoculars nor rainclothes.
*grr*
* End of the World flash comic
