Burnout is nature's way of telling you...*
Aug. 4th, 2007 06:57 pm... you've been going through the motions; your soul has departed; you're a zombie, a member of the walking dead, a sleepwalker. False optimism is like administrating stimulants to an exhausted nervous system.*
I mouse-hand aches terribly and I don't know how to sit anymore, 'cause the room with the A/C doesn't have an outlet near a table, meaning the laptop gets the couch and I either sit on the floor or bend awkwardly next to it on the couch.
I've looked at all the housing agencies and all the airline tickets****. (I'd been loking into flights for next Wednesday, to stay a couple days and hunt something down.)
I'm sorta stumped now and don't know what to do now.
ETA: Obviously, the result is a Links of the Day collection.

RCarlyle Interview of 28 Weeks Later
Go Now, 1995 film with RCarlyle - shows promise of angsty-acting. Looks fantastic (and fantastically heartbreaking).
Remember Begbie? From Trainspotting, the most entertaining psychopath***** ever. (Even if I hardly understand what he's saying sometimes.) And the funny thing is, Carlyle's actually quite small and wiry - not usually an intimidating body type - but Begbie is terrifying, and not just 'cause he's unhinjed. As was said on Ravenous's coomentary (during this scene) by Jeffrey Jones, I think, you tend to forget that because he actually does scary so damn well. (He does heartbroken fantastically as well. Man, I love teary!Carlyle.)
Mediocre 28 Weeks Later with a beautiful shot at 1:18-1:20.
Lovely Ravenous fanvid
