So many plans, so little done

bending_sickleAlright, let's see if I can get the hang of this. I learned a bit of HTML'ing, so there'll be some surprises below. *evil cackle*
Real life: I can't really remember what I did today, which I'm sure means not much. Mom and I went to the park for a long walk then bought out the grocery store of all its fruits and veg's. Dad's out at an event so we'll be having cereal for dinner. (Neither of us are too keen on dinner as a rule.)
I havn't even touched the German or English thingies - I lie. I touched it when I hid it behind the printer. A model exam for ZD is in the mail - I can see it now, black hood and gleaming teeth, attacking mailmen whilst cursing in grammatically-correct German. No, not looking forward to the studying.
It's been a while since I heard from my brother (which is not unusual) but I'll wait until he sees M's baby boy (I know a mother! Whom I played hide-and-seek with!). He's been charged on pain of sister to take pics. (Which reminds me, I have to get cracking on making an icon. It's one of the things I love about LJ.)
Grandma's still ill (from Dec.) and spending the night in observation. Obviously mom ain't pleased and wondering WTF she's doing here in Canada. Oy joy in the house... With her and my 2 great-aunts (i.e. all 3 sisters), I understand that mom bought a black suit (and explicitly told me it was for furnerals) but come on , a little optimism. Or running away from things.
Fake life:
As soon as I find my floppies, which better be intact, I'll post Heroes Manual. It's in progress, but what the hell. I've had my PotA thing in progress since first year. That's 4 years! (Although I have a beginning and ending, and a middle totally needing rewriting, and, oh yeah, it's absolute crap.) I'll also put up some of that too.
I kinda like that about this, that I can post stories. I shy away from the infamous Pit of Voles and don't think I'd pass mustard (or, possibly, dare) on other groups. So I'll subject the void of this LJ to writings. They'll be behind LJ cuts, for sensitive eyes.

evadne_noel : Her Breadbox editions (read: summariy/parody) of books and movies are hilarious and have gotten her a hoard of readers from when she got out of ff.com. Go read her Hitchhiker's BBE now She also writes good reviews and has a bizarre Deatheater fic going on ("Once Upon a Freakin' Time")
darthmaligna : Also followed her from ff.com. Interesting posts and also BBE-type summaries for HPotter and LotR.
spikeylover : For Spike-related info and sex-on-legs James Marsters. Also has nice videos using BtVS clips. (Another mode of expression I've recently discovered after a really dry fanfiction spell. Will post good sites another time.)
fox1013 : Found her blog through another via a "Cutting Awareness Day", was impressed and have stuck around. Big Alias and Lost fan, and some toehr show I can't ever recall.
And now I'm stopping because I want to see if I've totally screwed up the html'ing. Here goes nothin'.
