bending_sickleI am unbelievably tired, mentally and "I need way more sleep"-ly.
I'm sort of letting go on the PhD in Animal Biology, although there are, in fact, jobs to be had in that area. Instead, I think Ecology at the UC Davis would be best, because:
The National Research Council, ranking graduate programs in Ecology and Evolution, placed UC Davis in the top 5, nationally. The ISI ranks schools and colleges in terms of research productivity. UC Davis is the top ranked ecology program in the world.
Even though the Animal Behaviour sounds super cool and enticing, with:
The four specialties are: (1) behavior and conservation of wild animals, (2) animal management and welfare, (3) ethology and evolutionary bases of animal behavior, and (4) physiological bases of animal behavior.
