No snakes on planes
Aug. 19th, 2006 09:58 pmBwah. People-not-here are watching Snakes on a Plane and squeeing themselves silly with glee.
If you are planning on watching it*, you may want to read this audience participation script first.
Damn my being in a country where none of these cinematic experiences will ever happen. I want to shout with glee along with the other viewers when watching SoaP.
Oh, and am so peeved that I found an LJ entry about Soap which I adored. Obviously, the peeve is that I can't find it anymore, which means ljseek, which means scrolling through pages and pages of Soap glee. Here it is. A wonderful description of what watching the movie in a cinema was like.
And
darthmaligna approves of Soap, so all is good. She also has some suggestions regardig the whole planet debacle.
Oh god! ROTFLMAO thanks to Mali, who says: "I think I laughed harder at this than I have at anything else on YouTube. And not just a little bit harder, but like ten times harder. I was in tears."
You do have to sign up to watch it, because some idiot thought it was "inapropriate", when it's nothing of the sort. Really worth it, though. There's more links on her page's comments.
Edit: OMGBBQTrailer! and the song.
*sings* "Oh, I'm ready for it. Come on, bring it!"
Also,
john_murdoch's LJ is all about introductions to films. Very interesting.
evadne_noel Informs us of McSweeney's Internet Tendency, starting with Harry Potter. Or maybe you want a lost chapter from Charlotte's Web. Plus, she caves and writes PotC 2 fanfic. Wee!
Quote: "She traded me for a boat?!" "Ship, mate. Ship."
* i.e. you have any brains at all
