so i got stood up by my therapist today

or she went A.W.O.L.

either way

thing is, we usually meet up on mondays, but because of easter fuckery, this week our appointment was shifted to today - tuesday - at 2:30

at around 4:00 the secretary told me that she’d tried but couldn’t get hold of my therapist.

i left the office at 5:00 with still with no word from her. secretary tells me therapist had another appointment later that evening, but i wasn’t going to stick around any longer. so they’re going to call to confirm next week’s appointment, i guess, or i’ll just show up at the usual hour.

i’m torn between “she completely forgot about me” and “something horrible happened”

either way,

eta: turns out she sent me an email this morning at 11 am but yeah by then i was basically getting ready and getting gone. she could totally have left word with the secretary in case i didn’t get her email so i wouldn’t end up waiting for two and a half hours for her to not show, but she didn’t. so again, not cool.
