Today was nothing to write home about, except for that bit in the afternoon with the maternal strife argument. Yesterday was even worse, what with the three-hour-long torturous cramp session of pain and agony, preceded by the morning- and the evening-cramps sessions of great discomfort.

1) Bobby and the boys! Although I guess you could call this more of a Surrogate Father Figure relationship than a friendship, although not so much "surrogate" as "damn good improvement".

2) Gordon and Kubrick! Although Gordon is cra-crazy and Kubrick isn't too stable on the mental shelf either. I love how Kubrick stares at Gordon in the, "Bitch, you crazy!" way only a somewhat-less-crazy fellow can. Let's forget the whole, "Vamp!Gordon kills Kubrick" and focus on the good times had in Bad Day at Black Rock.

40 Days of Supernatural Meme: Day 17 - Bravest minor character?

I can't possibly remember all minor characters enough to rate their bravery, but Annette Dolittle of The Kids Are Alright comes to mind. Her daughter was replaced by a monstrous lamprey-like thing impervious to the time-honoured tactic of "lock it in a car and throw it in the lake" and fond of the terrorizing tactic, "pound on the bathroom door and shout loudly", but she kept it together. Sort of.

Detective Diana Ballard of The Usual Suspects was pretty awesomely brave too, both in handling the supernatural and the emotional stuff.
