OH MY GOD. That first picture almost made me choke on my breakfast! ;P I think if I ever were confronted with a sight like this in normal, everyday life, I'd either faint in a highly undignified manner or possibly start to seize. Upon which, of course, I would need a doctor to treat me, possibly two. But who am I kidding? House wouldn't give me the time of the day, Watson is only good for beating up people... I need someone with actual competence. *grins*
