ok. also. unrelated:

sometimes when i comment here, lj directs me to another screen where i have to fill out two words to prove i'm not spam. that's fine. random, because it doesn't happen every time, just occasionally. whatever, right? you have to do the same every time you comment on my blog.

but here's the thing- the last two times it happened, i'm POSITIVE that i spelled the words wrong. like, i click the "OK" button or whatever, and i realize in that split second that i accidentally hit H instead of G.

BUT livejournal doesn't make me enter it again, and it uploads my comment anyway!

i think it's strange.

Maybe it works on a "good enough" basis, that if you can sort of decipher what the letters are, you're not a tin can.
