In conmemoration of Battlestar Galactica's premier last night, here's an official (and hilarious) recap of the entire show up to now. Needless to say, spoilerific as fuck.

I'd never heard of this show properly until ack_attack squeed over it. (If you liked it and watched it, shimmy over to her LJ for the on-going post and after-party post.) I think I kept confusing references to it with Stargate. *sigh* Another show I'm going to have to marathon-watch someday.

Other news: Working going well-ish. Kinda distracted now, but will keep nose to grindstone until rought draft of presentation is complete. I'm totally skipping all that shit on economics, growth rates, endogenous growth, low-income countries and stuff like that. Why? I'm presenting on "definition and interpretation", not all that other shite.

Have I mentioned that I hate the time difference between myself and the vast majority of the internets? No? It's a lonely time, morning afternoon all hours save the wee ones across the pond :(

ok, that BSG summary was fraking awesome!! I love the sense of humour they put into it, *and* it's a very smart move because it brings everyone up to date with what has been going on, so anyone can now start watching from the latest season without feeling completely lost.

First off, daahling, is that any crossover is possible in the Potter verse. I'm adding in a dose of crack, though, just in case :) (Ok second thought, there's a surprising lack of crack...)

...and omg it's gotten long. I might just actually have to write this (if and when I get the writing juices back).
