While we're in a random, house-keeping vein....*

I sold my radio. Got a measly five euros for it, but hey, it was either that or chuck it, so I'm not complaining. I am complaining about the "We only offer one euro fifty for novels," policy of the second-hand bookshop. *sigh* Seven-hundred pages read once deserve more! And no one's shown any interest in the furniture or bike. Gah.

Apart from that, I've moved things around in my room, put a few things in the garbage pile, managed to not freak out over having so much stuff... Am not looking forward to my folks arriving and us packing everything away.

In other, much better, news, I've spend the last while watching - and giggling and squeeing and generally being thoroughly entertained by - Misha Collin's panel for the LA Con. I absolutely adore this man and his wit! (Oh hai, old crush!) Although his accomplishments kinda leave me, well, impressed, yes, but so much so that it goes from the "Why you so awesome?" into the "Oh gods, you're so awesome it's almost intimidating** and I'll never be this cool," realm. The man built his own house! And furniture! And went to a Buddhist monastery! in Nepal! And meditates! And worked at the White House! And and and! ...is awesome. To incredible levels.
