Briefly reporting to say that a) am still alive, b) am an ass for not having coffee with non of y'all locals, and c) will be in New flippin' York on Thursday until parents-know-when.

I've been reading loads and watching foreign films (Echte Kerle and Persepolis) among other things and just got back from a day at Niagara Falls.

Am far from peachy, but working on it.
