I went to Rotterdam (flickr) today, mainly staying in the Museum Boymans van Beuningen. At one point I was listening to Jonathan Ross chatting with David Tennant and it was all I could do to not break into a huge goofy grin. "You're a monkey!"
I can't at the moment remember what I did yesterday afternoon, but it was undoubtably dull. My brother called and was actually nice and supportive, which was lovely. There was also some transcribing of The Balloonist's Wife from scribbles to typed. I'm glad I'm still sticking to it, even if I find it much too long and descriptive - editing may fix this - because I'm actually writing again. It really helps that I know where the story's going, but not in so much detail that writing isn't a sort of discovery still.
Soon - for a given value of - I'll be enjoying an episode of Season 2's Lost, Sunshine (it's got Cillian Murphy - that's all I need to, and in fact do, know), and listening to David Tennant read The Stone Rose.
These little things make life good.
Dudes, having internet at home is awesome. I'll be posting photos of all my adventures some other time. (Look, they're over 200, it might take a while.)
