bending_sickleI've been meaing to share how much I love that, at the end of The Last of the Time Lords, when the Doctor reverses the paradox machine and turns time back a whole year, saving everyone and giving us an all round Happy Ending, the US president is still dead. :) Happy Ending? Political Commentary? Sheer *squee*? I think so.

sickle_stories, for the sake of completness. (Also, so I can shame myself into writing.) Comments are like Tennant-teddy-bears, even, yes, even if they aren't high-class writing criticism on the lines of, "Well, that metaphor works well, but then that pause is unnecessary for the pacing, and for gods' sakes what is it with that alliteration?" Meaning, you don't need to know 'bout writing to be able to critique or comment. I don't know the first thing about the extraction of wisdom teeth, but I can still tell you that the doc who took mine out did a brilliant job of it.
