You know how sometimes people on your friends list post about stuff going on in their life, and all of a sudden you think "Wait a minute? Since when are they working THERE? Since when are they dating HIM/HER? since when???" And then you wonder how you could have missed all that seemingly pretty standard information, but somehow you feel too ashamed to ask for clarification because it seems like info you should already know? It happens to all of us sometimes.

1. First Name: Adriana. It beat out Alexandra 2 to 1 (Mom & Bro vs. Dad). Curiously, I met an Alex who was in the reverse situation.
2. Age: 24 *weeps*
3. Location: Leiden, The Netherlands. How I ended up here is a mystery. (Or not, really: I just got accepted to the university.)
4. Occupation: Master's Student in Biology "Sustainability and Biodiversity". No, it's not terribly amusing.
5. Partner?: Lacking.
6. Kids: No thanks.
7. Brothers/Sisters: One brother, aged 30 (!).
8. Pets: I'd love to, but no, none.
9. List the 3-5 biggest things going on in your life: ...studies, getting a social life, keeping me spirits up. That big enough for ya?
10. Parents: Mom (Spanish) and Dad (Mexican), living together somewhat amicably in Toronto, Canada.
11. Who are some of your closest friends? I guess here in the Netherlands it'd be Elisa. On LJ, it'sblizzardcake and lienne. In the "I haven't seen you in 3 years but damn woman", Kit-Kat. Yeah, I have few friends, and only a handful of acquaintances.
